replace rear view mirror

;) hi. is it hard to replace the rear view mirror? because it seems that the little piece that is glued to the windshield is not glued properly. i mean it is not straight like this: "I" . it is more like this "/". so i want to unstick it from the glass and put it back properly. can i do that? what tools do i need? like glue or any other tools. can someone tell me the steps to fix this please? thanx alot! :Blush:

Hi I would leave it if i were you,they are very difficult to remove,and you take a chance on destroying your windscreen.
