Do these spark plugs look unhealthy or just worn?

As in the title, I removed these spark plugs today and wasn't sure if their condition was significant, i.e. just worn etc? One of them seems worse than the others. They were removed from a 6 cylinder 2.8 V6 engine.

some of the pics are not very clear but to me the plugs look well worn,and there seems to be a fair bit of carbon on a couple
