'Evening all; I'm John from Solihull, a few miles SE of Birmingham and home of the Landrover, the NEC and the Motorcycle Museum, to name just three.
For the past three years I've been running an Audi 100 S4 Quattro saloon, '92 on a J plate with 163K on the clock and standard apart from 16" AEZ alloys and uprated front brakes.
My son Stewart owned the car before he moved up to an A8, so I bought it to replace my old 525ISE that was becoming a money pit.
These motors are now becoming somewhat scarce, so I'd appreciate any advice or input from members who have had some experience of them, or indeed still run a current example; in particular I'm going to need two rear doors shortly, so info on secondhand bits would be especially welcome!
All help and info gratefully received!
JB.

Hey, thanks for the replies, chaps; there seems to be plenty going on on this site so I may as well make use of 40+ years of mechanicking to help a few folks out.
JB.
