Morning peeps

I've got an 1982 audi 200 typ43, which is basically the same as the 5000 turbo series in the states, my problem is as follows:

The turbocharging meter simply does not exceed 0 bar pressure ever, even if it does seem to work at pressures below this.

The interesting thing is that i still experience the turbo lag, and all turbo behaviour, however there is quite much power loss since the last engine service.

So my question is, where is the most likely place for this forced air to leak? At least that is my assumption as i stated before the turbo seems to spool up well. It simply does not go over 0 bar pressure but easily reaches 0 like it should, there is a quite a big power loss here.

The engine is recently serviced with all the bells n whistles from working the heads to all gaskets, still there is a clear loss of power ever since.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you scotty, i will attempt to go through that guide and see if i am succesful, however i do not have any intercooler on my car as it was introduced in 83 as far as i know, i also run k-jetronic which is supposed to be some sort of a mechanical injection system, still most of that info is basic car knowledge, so i cant complain. I guess i just gotta try some trial and error newcomer work :)
