£390 Rear window????

Guys need some advice, someone (kids) smached my bach windshield, one of the top glass conpanies quoted me £390.
Anyone know someone in Edinburgh who does it?(cheaper)

The glass is only £96 genuine. There is no way they can justify nearly £300 for installing a rear glass, even if it is bonded, that is around six hours labour. VW specify 190 time units which is less than 2 hours so about £200 from a main dealer plus glass.

Well the best i got so far after a good search is £170.
From what you told me this is starting to sound more realistic.

rac can fit screens and were cheap when i used them. cost me £70 fitted for a mk3 polo windscreen
