Realistically very low 30's from tank to tank. Trip puter always says better though. I don't think I hoof it all the time, but then no-one in the car most of the time to say otherwise.

58.7 mpg according to the onboard computer, probably about 55 mpg in reality.
not bad for an old barge with 202k on it. :fing02:
Probably because most of my time I'm on the A1 sat at 75 - 80 mph.

The A6 will do at worst 32 on my daily commute, anything from 40 - 47 on a cruise depending upon the speed. The A3 returns from a worst of 39 (on a mix of cruise / commute) to 49-50 on a gentle cruise.
The golf isn't built for mpg..... :D

My 2.7T wasn't built for MPG either LOL.
At present ,which is mostly town driving, I get 23 on the DIS.
In reality I get 20mpg on LPG which at 44.5P/litre works out as an equivalent to 51mpg against petrol (at 113.9) and 57mpg agaisnt diesel (at 126.9)

Highest 45mpg, no a very easy london to Poole, but generally 39/40mpg with the cruise set at 70mph.
By the way it's a T5 2.5 tdi van!

*Just after a service*
I had a trip to Liverpool yesterday for work from Manchester, (i was in no rush and averaged 60 / 70 mph).
Hadn't even looked at the DIS on the way. pulled up in the car park in Liverpool and looked at the DIS to record my mileage for expences.
I was amazed when i saw 69.6mpg. Thats from my re-mapped PD100.
On the way home i was travelling a little fatser and and got 59.2 mpg.
AND, i have pictures to prove :)

My A6 is averaging 45 mpg... I don't think that's bad at all for such a big car!
However mine doesn't have the full DIS, so that has been worked out using my maths! Well okay I got my son to do it... ;)
Slightly off topic but soon I will be posting a thread asking how to fit the DIS so I can get an mpg read-out... I have heard you can fit it yourself for less than 100 quid... now I'm excited!

My '94 Coupe 2.6 will do about 38mpg at it's best on a decent run & about 25-30mpg for normal combined driving with no lead footed activity. I don't even want to think about how bad it is just in & around town! Thankfully I only work about 4 miles from home!
:)
