Hi All, My mk4 gti is black( LC9Z) Iv`e been told it`s diamond black but diamond black is a deeper black than mine, anyone know whats what, pete

Where would i find the paint code...

I've just been out and had a quick look around the engine bay and can't see anything?

Nick,

Not too sure about Boras, but try looking for a sticker in the spare tyre well (underneath the carpet in the boot), likewise for the Golf.

As above, should be in the well for the spare wheel, and on the inside front cover of the service book.

Slight problem. My service book doesn't exist (i bought a replacement copy when i got the car)

It had no service history anyway.... it had only done about 8K and was 11 months old when i got it.

And the Boot is absolutely chocka! I'll have a look later.... Seriously, i live from my boot and have everything in there from tools, to work files, football stuff, camping stuff, music stuff.

I know why my MPG is suffering anyway :D
