I'm not very good with cars so in layman's terms please!
I left the interior light on and the batt went flat and i replaced it...now the car keeps stalling. Initially when trying to start the engine the car stutters a bit and the revs move up and down, the engine chuggs and it cuts out if I don't push on the accelerator.
My brother (no pro) has taken a look and removed and cleaned the MAP but the problem persists. When turning the ignition (but not starting the car) there is a noise that sounds like a continuous beep (or air squeezing out of somewhere). When looking at the engine as it is started, chuggs and stalls there is like a gold bit with a wire (when pulled it revs up, sorry i did say layman's terms!) with a pin thing that moves....as the car 'chuggs' the pin moves erractically then the engine cuts out!
