Grille swap

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to swap the grille from a Golf GT with the grille on the Golf Estate?

We're getting the estate in black but I'm really not keen on the bling-bling grille. Which looks identical to the Jetta grille. Seeing as they are both built in the same factory in Mexico I think it's likely they are identical.

I would like to swap that for the black grille and central bumper piece as seen on the GT.

The ******* was trying to be helpful but wasn't sure if the parts were interchangeable. Anyone done this type of swap?

It lists part numbers for a front end conversion.

That's just the info I needed. Thanks very much. That one's bookmarked now.

Looks like I only need three parts to do the job. Probably work out cheaper than getting the original chrome grille painted.
