hi,cant seem to get the battery out any ideas?and when it does come out will it set the alarm off? cheers.:confused:

at the front of the bonnet (behind the lights etc.) theres a black piece of plastic that runs inside of the car shell. That needs removing first to enable you to get at the plates that help secure the battery in place, a ratchet with a long neck may come in handy! And no it doesnt set the alarm off, however you may need the radio code to program it back later on however I didn't need mine when it was changed.

Yeah, should only take quarter of an hour or so. The black plastic has a light symbol on it and from memory I think needs a philips head screwdriver to get undone. Just beware you don't drop the nuts or bolts that keep the clamp in place....It's hell trying to find them and getting out of the lip at the foot of the car!

cant get the electrics off at the top off the battery :confused:
