A4 Cab questions

Hi everyone,

Newbe here! I bought an A4 cab last week and it's covered 26k on a 05 plate and it's due a service very soon.
So I was wondering if I should take it to Audi (Quoted me £360 inc VAT) or should I do it myself as I can change all the filters, drop the oil and change the spark plugs but I was wondering how do I then reset the service indicator ? or should I really take it to Audi to have the book stamped ? Your suggestions would greatly be appricated.

I also want to change the wooden trim on the inside to either the brushed aluminium or the carbon fibre look one from the RS4, Do any of you have any ideas where I could get this from other than Audi ? and If anyone has changed this out there, which I'm sure some of you have.... how do they come off ?

id get a stamp *******s or a good indi theres threds on here to reset service light

look at this link for removeing trims look at the rns-e fitting guide its all there and the door trims come off by pullin them from the back edge of the doors

Hi,

in regards to the servicing... if you really want a stamp.. take it to your local VW garage who will service it with all Audi parts and it will cost around £50-80 less.... you could even take it to a Skoda garage which is less.... as all the garages are VAG it would not make a massive differance on the re-sale..
