B5 or B6

Selling my Lexus IS200 and want to buy a Audi A4. I love the look of the B5 models or should I buy I B6. Can someone explain the advantages dis-advantages please.

Depending on your budget... i would go for the B6..

The B5 was from around 1998 to 2001 - The B6 from 2001 to 2005..

The B5 does still look a nice car, however it is starting to look "older" now..

I agree with Rick, the B5 is looking older now. I had a B5 in 1996 and it was smart then but once I got the B6 in 2005 I haven't looked back.

The B5 had issues with suspension arms going. They would start to knock. I forked out £600 for this. Well worth checking if you do go for a B5. There are many B6 out there at a good price. I'd go for a TDi B6, if you like Diesels ;)

you should get a nice tdi for 7k go for the sport model or poss s-line if IF you can find one in the 7k price range i got a 04 saloon s-line for 6k needed to chuck 700 into it but made it a nice mint cheap car had 100k on it but thats nuffin for the car

Yea i managed to bag a pretty nice a4 tdi sport... it had done about 98k but like bez says, thats nuffin for these sort of cars, especially the diesels.... and yea i love it :D
