Battery fully charged now?

Try the following: Disconnect both leads from the battery. Short them the leads together for 10 seconds (away from the battery!). Reconnect the leads to the battery. I've seen this fix more than one immo problem that shouldn't have existed in the first place. The control modules can get mighty confused at very low voltages (such as when the battery is almost dead, or when the voltage is rising again slowly as you're charging a dead battery).
