Advice pls

Hi i've just picked up my new Golf gt sport TDI 140 extremly happy with the car apart for 1 small niggly thing, when all the windows are closed fully i can still hear a wind noise coming from the drivers window (like its not shut properly) it starts at about 50mph and gets louder the faster i go :(...Any1 else had this prob and is it worth goin to the dealer...???

I guess it is a design thing, I have a fair amount of wind noise too, I guess you just have to live with it!

its caused by the aerodynamics of the wing mirrors.

Phoned the dealer 2day and the car is going in monday hope they sort it....

Took the car in today and after a couple of adjustments and test drives they decided it was a faulty door seal...Goin in next monday to be replaced,let's hope this sorts it..:approve:

Hi VW just fitted a new door seal under warrenty and guess wot.....No more wind noise sorted.. :D
