2.8 V6 Cambelt change

My 2.8 V6 (AAH) is due for a cambelt change. Is it an easy enough job to do myself, or should I bite the bullet and pay a garage to do it?

see above for a rundown on how to do it, hard part seems to be the special tools required to lock the cams in position?

Thanks mate, that's an excellent link! Doesn't sound too bad. I'll just need to weigh up getting the locking tools (about £100 by all accounts) vs going to a garage.
