Hi mate..
Looking @ it, it may cost around £150 min for the repair due to the amount of time for repairing it..
its not a big job to do, but will take a day at least...
YOUR other option is..

it may be worth asking how much it will cost for a new wing to be painted at your local body shop.... if its going to be the same cost inclusing the price of the wing i would go for the wing rather than have it repaired....
OR... keep your eye on ebay for a wing in the same colour... these are always on there...

Is that all.
you should see the damage my car was caused.
for you, remove bumper, head light, wheel arch liner, unbolt wing, bolt on new, take to spray shop.
easier said than done of corse.
you'll be without the car for about a week and 2 weekends

Just got my first quote back from a local firm, www.hanstons.co.uk (http://www.hanstons.co.uk)
Labour £162.50
Paint & Materials £98.76
Sub Total £261.26
VAT @ 17.5% £45.72
---------------
Total Cost £306.98
The replacement of the wing will work out a lot dearer as we would have to blend into adjacent panels and will require parts removed from vehicle.
!! ahhhhh !!! ...... :aargh4:
Does this seem a little expensive

i paid £60 for a new aftermarket wing. if you can fit it yourself. you will save a bundle.. its not majorly hard. few tricky nuts were the bumper fastens on and round the plastic trim at back of wheel..
try ringing round for a second hand wing, denim blue obviously. then you wont need to worry about getting it blended.

Have you thought about contacting one of these Dent repair companies. I got the wifes door fixed after some idiot put a dent in like half a tennis ball size.
Perfect paint free repair cant even tell where it was now. I know it depends on where you live as there are a lot of franchises that do this type of work and it is done at your home or work. try googling dent master and then search for local companies.
Ian
PS - only cost about £45 took him about an hour and a half using these guys. (not sure if allowed to link to other companies etc.. so apols if this violates any forum rules - if so please remove link) http://www.whatdent.co.uk/

I done my nearside wing a couple of months ago. £250 cash for wing, paint and labour cash. Was a good job. Wing is about £80 - 90 on it's own.

Stu , u got any photos of your damage so I can compare?
I cant decide what too do.
I have been quoted about £300 to fix this, the guys said they would reshape the damage and respray and blend in. I am not sure what the end result will be. I asked about replacing the wing, he sugested against it because it would cost more than £300 as more paint and blending would be required, also he said he would have to take alot of the body work off.
I might get the wing from here and get some quotes on a painted wing,
anyone know the estamated cost for spray and fitting of a denim blue wing.
