Buying checklist for a DSG B6 Passat

I'm probably going to be changing my current 02 B5 1.9TDI Automatic Comfortline Passat for a 05/06 B6 SE DSG equivalent.

I've heard of problems with the electronic handbrake on these, but is there any other common issues to look out for?
