Cabriolet Roof Open/Close Max speed?

Hi - What speed would you say you'd be comfortable driving whilst opening or closing the roof?

(I know its restricted to something like 5mph but but i'm now able to drive upto 25mph whilst doing so!)

Its factory obviously fitted to 5mph for a reason but I'm interested in what others would be comfortable at. Cheers

My Cabriolet is a 2006 module and it is restricted to approx 20mph, then is just stops and I get a message in the display. I guess the question you ask is really dependent on how windy it is, if you are driving at 25mph and you hit a large gust of wind you will potentially damage, even bend some of the framework.

I rarely go over 15mph

Its good to here that the 06 models restrict it at 20mph. i can't see theres any difference in the framework etc (apart from yours opens/closes about 5 seconds faster I think).

I was comfortable at about 18mph - but had to put my and out the window 1st to feel the resistance, there was no wind!
