does anyone or recomend a independant that would be able to service or repair our touran in the wolverhampton area,weve only had it 3 weeks and the wiper motors have gone and the emission flap in the exhaust had to be replaced,vw in wolves has charged us in excess of £750 for this work and we think its a bit steep and i've never trusted main dealers so any help finding someone we can trust,woul be great cheers andy

i and my family drive vw and i took mine to Stafford Audi after i looked at there offers on ebay-call 01785 250444 and ask for simon quote this forum and they should look after you.

Try http://www.autotechnikltd.co.uk/index.html, they're in blackheath, specialise in VAG motors, and were miles cheaper than Audi when I had a major service done. Friendly chaps too
