2019 DUAU cold start fault

Been looking at a high mile 206000 DUAU engine for hard start fault no fault codes
Start fine when warm / hot
But when cold starts as if it has a misfire
Fuel rail pressure builds fast to 350 bar no long crank

Its almost like a lack of compression but only when cold!

Have you checked the cold cranking rpm?

yes its about 240-250 rpm showing in live data

The minimum value is 280rpm, with a good battery and exchange Bosch starter I like to see 320rpm.
