AC Not Blowing Cold - What Else to Check Before Regas?

Hi everyone,
My car's (Audi a6 c7) AC has stopped blowing cold air. Before I look into getting it regassed, are there any other common things I should check myself?

Damage to the condenser.

As Dean says, code read and measuring block viewing; no codes, no chill, new compressor.
