Passenger airbag light and parking brake fault

I've got the passenger airbag and parking brake fault light that other owners seem to get.

2009 A4 Avant Auto 2.0 tdi

Following a visit for a wheel refurb it seems to have developed this fault. I think the refurbers tried to disconnect something, maybe dashcam, and screwed it up. I have no proof though and it was several days later that I discovered it. So no backsies.

I have had a local independent use their code device but it says that there's no module there or it's not responding at all.

I really need to find someone who has done this before and can get it fixed.
