My car hit tonight

Car hit by a post van, he admitted it was his fault 100% .
My car is a 2013 (63) A4 Avant Black Edition with 73k and in very good condition . I'm afraid they might write it off then leaves me trying to find a replacement .
Front wing, bumper, headlight, headlight washer. Bonnet might be ok, don't know if any inner wing or chassis damage.

If they try to total it, ask to keep it with a cash settlement and fix it with some used parts. My insurance company tried it on with me last year over a rear end shunt where most of the load went up the exhaust (and into my spin) and I refused so they paid up.

Yeah that would definitely be an option , I did that with my 1st car . See what happens if they will repair it or not.
