Hi from a newbie. Can someone please tell me where the **** is the Adblue (/DEF/SCR) injector? Having all sorts of issues with Adblue so wanted to check the injector and line to see if there's a leak or whatever.

I'm getting through about 10 litres of Adblue a week (!) so I'm assuming there's either a major leak somewhere or the injector's stuck open with crystallised Adblue. Can't see any obvious leaks under the car so it's more likely the latter I'd think.

Getting engine P20E8 faults, Adblue low level/no restart warnings etc. I keep clearing the codes, SCR lock and level with VCDS after topping up. It only makes the errors go away for a few days at most each time.

I've been Googling forever and can't find any relevant info about where it is. Most relate to non Euro 6 versions which I guess don't have Adblue systems (?). All I know is that it's apparently somewhere in between the cat and dpf (wherever they are!).

Pleeeeease someone clue me in before I go nuts! Can't afford to take it to a dealer and no warranty left.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks!
If it helps, here's an overhead pic of my engine bay...

The reductant injector is under the car in the link pipe between the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst and the Diesel Particulate Filter. With this system the problem is usually with the delivery unit in the reductant tank.

Thanks. I'll have to cadge the use of a ramp and get under there in that case then. Ideally, I could see some photos or a diagram first, and whether there's any cover to be removed (and how) etc. I can't even find out where the Cat and DPF are - their locations vary a lot from model to model it seems. Is that something you'd also know about?

Hello again Crasher, sorry to pester but did you get a chance to look yet? I'm on the dreaded Adblue "no restart" countdown yet again here so hoping to get it sorted soon. Thanks.

I only have the parts and workshop details. It is in the connection pipe between the DOC and DPF

Many thanks. That gives me a good idea of where I need to be looking. Couldn't see it at all looking down from above the engine bay.
