Audi A4 Engine - Whirring Sound

Hi All, I have an Audi A4 2013. It’s started to make a loud whirring noise seems mainly when stationary after just starting engine and at slow speeds. Anyone else had similar isssue? Don’t think it’s cam belt as replaced less than 6 months ago.

The way we would do this is to remove the poly V belt and start it up to see if the noise is still there, if it was then we would go deeper.
