The other day my ACC stopped working, so I plugged it into VCDS and it told me that there was a problem with the front left radar sensor. I took it apart and it looks like one of the pins on the radar module has broken (although not the topic for this thread), it looks like some point in the past someone has bodged a fix for the wiring loom as you can see from the picture that it is "non standard".

I was wondering if anyone new the correct part number for the wiring loom that plugs into the left radar sensor (as it appears that someone has taken a right side loom and modified it)

awesome, although I think for that price I'll splice on a new connector too 😀

Ok so just a quick update, I've spliced in the replacement connector, however as hinted the connector to the radar unit itself had broken (which you can't buy separately)

So rather than spend 2k+ on a new one or £500 on a second hand unit I designed and 3d printed a new connector 274486043, the details are over on thingiverse if they are any help to anyone 274486043 Radar Connector (Audi/VW) by 156chris - Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6493868)

Additive manufacturing is awesome, I have just had some gear linkage bushes made for a 94 Audi S2 that were obsolete.
