Audi A3 2.0TDi sportback, 184 horsepower, 43000 miles.
Had P13D600 diagnotic code "Sensor for Internal Pressure of Cylinder 3 Implausible Signal"

Independant garage changed my glow plug for cylinder 3. That glow plug has the sensor as part of the glow plug.
When I got the car back, I noticed straightaway from a cold start that when turning the key to spark her up, the engine/sound sounds a lot rougher, more rickety, than it did beforehand. Caused me to go eeeuurgh.
Switch her off and restart immediately, its less of a rickety start up sound.
Nothing else of concern.

Is this anything to be concerned with?
Is it down to a cheap glowplug, or a faulty glowplug, or poor fitment, or something else associated?

On a side issue, in my passenger front footwell, where the foot heat blows in, there seems to be some sort of grill/funnel that sits inside the finished surface. It seems to have dislodged itself and is rattling around. Anyone know how to access that, presume it needs clipped back on on the inside
