Clutch removal

Hi All, can anyone tell me what the job is like to remove a gearbox and clutch and flywheel from a 2012 A6 2.0tdi manual.
does the subframe and dpf need removing? I have access to a lift

A big heavy lump and a very unusual design of box where the drive shaft for the left flange passes from the diff on the right, through the bellhousing via a gap in the crank plate to DMF and the clutch, the SAC LUK clutch can cause trouble if it has shifted adjustment during transport. One way of looking at it is we did one a few weeks ago and then took the box out of a 95 S2 quattro and it was half the work.
