Fault code help

My passenger door doesn't look on central locking or fob and it doesn't open from the outside I run a diagnostic on it and it threw up a fault code any help to point me in the right direction would be greatfault code is 02115

On Q5’s and A4’s its always the lock faulty

If it was the drivers door one - i have anew UK one sitting that i never fitted before i let go of mine...
