Hi all.
Considering buying a facelift Superb with the 2.0TDI EVO engine. I have posted in the past on the VW section that I had a 2.0TDI Passat B8 (2018 model) and was never happy with how gruff the engine was.
Lately I have been using an Octavia 1.5TSI for Taxiing. The engine refinement is night and day to what I was driving before and is fairly decent to drive (although manual not DSG this time). However with a full load with passengers and cases it’s not for the power that the 2.0 diesel has for loads.
Can anybody tell me they find the 2.0TDI EVO engine and if it is better/more refined than previous pre 2019/20 diesels.
