Hi,
Im new to this site. i've got a realy annoying problem, i bought an A4 5 months ago and it started slipping in 2nd gear 2 weeks after i got the car. i took it back to the dealer and he sent it to several garages to get it fixed... to cut a long story short they tried 6 recon gear boxes before they worked out there was a problem with the torque convertor.

Anyway i got the car back last week, i thought everything was fine then the car got hot and went into limp mode (it sticks in 2nd) but it drives like new when its cold.
I took the car back and the dealer drove it and it was perfect for him. But when i got it back it was still doing it.
there is no computer faults.
Please can anyone help/give advice?:1zhelp:
