B6 1.8t sport saloon. How many left?

I came across a audi 1.8 t sport saloon and was wondering if you guys know how many are left? You never see them for sale . Lots of convertibles but no saloons. It's a 1 owner from new and i was thinking of selling it but just wondering If should keep it if its quite rare now. Its a great car and so well built.

Interesting, link below shows 1999 1.8 models left (assume Avant, Saloon and Carbio), and of them only 413 of them were the Sport version, many more of SE remaining. As you say, looks impossible to say how many of them left are Saloon models. More interesting, just how few Auto's there are left, always used to hear of issues with those older auto gearboxes.

There are not many 1.8T A4, A6 or Passat 3B’s left anywhere in the world as most died an early death due to sump sludge writing off the engine, turbo and car. I took this photo about twenty years ago (with a camera using 35mm film…) of a 99 model Passat 3B1 auto with an AEB engine. Someone had taken the sump off to clean it and instead of using the correct sealant had used huge amounts of windscreen goo; this hadn’t leaked but the internal excess fell into the oil and was sucked up into the pickup… end of car at five years old!

This is on a 2002 plate with a s line kit which was fitted from new.
Thanks for the info. Oil has been changed every 6000 miles and the engine is perfect apart from the usual Air valves causing problems and camshaft oil leak when I got.

I will post a picture up once I can work out how to do it..
