Hey all, i have just bought a manual 3.0 v6 tdi, and upon selecting first, it goes into reverse. There is no need to press gear stick down to select reverse, so coming up to junctions and stopping at lights is a bit hairy with cars behind. 1st is there, it just isnt "separated" from reverse. Any pointers at all please?

Hi, did you sort this issue as I have the same. Which parts did you need to change?

Would this be the same part number for the 2.0 TDI Manual? WAUZZZ4F3BN026160.
Mine is randomly not going into 1st, it won't push up. The only remedy I've found is to wiggle the gear stick and push up until it engages.

4F0 711 055 H, still £339
