1.9 tdi egr pipe blowing off

Been having this issue lately where the egr pipe which goes round the back of engine in to the egr blows off often, even though I put some strong wire around it not to blow still can even break the wire for some reason. Any idea what is causing this?

Check the lugs on the end of the pipe they wear down if they are worn you will need to replace the pipe.

That is the turbo charge air pressure hose, the EGR pipe is bolted on and if that blew off...!
