Infotainment repairs

Is there anyone who has had experience of company that can repair infotainment head unit?
mine seems to have developed a mind of its own changing channels and have lost control via screen and wheel controls

I tend to look to AC Tronics (https://www.actronics.co.uk) as for what can and can't be done and they don't.
