Electonic Parking Break problem

Hi everyone.

Last week, my left hand side Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) seized after the car being parked for a few hours. I managed to tow it to a garage who quoted me almost 700 euros to do the job. They said they needed to replace motor and caliper altogether.

I have put a new motor only and this is the fault codes that are showing.

Can someone help on what to do?

My car is a 2006 VW Passat B6 2.0 TDI 125KW.

You can get these exchange from many companies but the OE manufacturer TRW is the best, their number BHN357E. We used to stock these as we sold so many but the right was more prone to failure and I ended up with two lefts, err, left over... You can have one of these for £200 inc P&P no surcharge if you wish.
