How to delete SAT NAV personal data? MMI II High system

Having had a failed repair done to my poor Audi A4 QSE, it now gives me no alternative than to dispose of the car, as it's basically scrap!! Please read my other threads for what's happened?

Before the car is collected I want to be able to complete remove my personal data from the built in SATNAV system as it got my home location set among other places I've visited over the last 13 Years!!

It has the MMI II High system, I can't see an easy way to multi delete the entrees? Surely there must be some button combinations to erase ALL the previous locations stored in its memory? Simply taking off the battery doesn't do it? I don't partially wanna spend hours doing them all one by one !!

Hi,

There should be an option to reset your MMI to Factory Settings. It has been a long time since I had a car with the MMI 3G system, but from memory you choose Settings > Factory Settings, and make sure all options are selected, then click on "Restore factory settings". This should remove all your addresses, phone numbers etc.
