Glow plug replacement - Passat 2007 2.0 TDI 170 BMR (AO57SDU)

Morning all,

Does anyone have a guide and the tools you need to replace the glow plugs on my Passat (2007 2.0 TDI 170 BMR) and roughly how long it would take? I've used the search and I get lots and lots of results but couldn't see anything specifically for my car.

EDIT: 1.5 hours total job time according to Haynes Pro's E3 system.

Cam cover off, remove (and often snap) harness connections, remove plugs, fit new, rebuild.
