Recall 42l5 and replacement tyres

I had this recall notice and Audi are replacing all of my tyres even thought they have done 17,000 miles. Gota say, you can knock Audi for a lot of things but I have always had a very good experience with their service team. So if you have this recall notice, do not replace your tyres before it has been in to the service centre.

What issue means tyre replacements?

Is it just faulty tyres from the outset?

Faulty suspension geometry setup from factory. Only 2020 onwards models are affected. Basically adjustment required & tyres replaced due to irregular wear.
