Tow bar cover colour

I have a 2015 Q7 S-Line plus and I have just purchased a new tow bar cover. Does anyone know if they only come in the one colour which is grey? Or do they need painting after purchase? The thing is it’s noticeably lighter colour grey than the lower bumper trims? The part number I ordered is 4L0807819M 1RR. Any help would be great!

Platinum Grey
Soul Black
Primed ready to paint

Cheers, the one I have must be the primed ready to paint one as my lower bumper is colour coded. I’m sure I have a rattle can of the paint that I need somewhere.
