Hello,

2009 3.0TDI quattro.
I replaced all six of injectors with brand new Bosch 5000 Km before. I am not sure they were coded/programmed or not at my local mechanic.
Do I need to do "coding the injectors" now? And is there any VCDS/VAGCOM checks that verify the injectors work normally or not?

Note: I have no error codes or warning signs btw.

Thanks in advance.

You need to check the code on the injectors and confirm they are coded in with VCDS or similar.

the code tells the ECU what duty time is required for the correct fuel amount - if all the other sensors don't agree on the fuel being burnt, the ecu will compensate - but it can only do this so much.
So you could "get away" without coding but the car wouldn't be right and could cause issues issues and false fault codes as things are running outside optimal.

Interesting. I have to replace an injector on my crafter, so it'll run without adaptation but will need a bit off?

if you are lucky enough that the replacement injector parameters are close enough the original one yes - be prepared for it to run bad enough not to be able to drive - just so you dont get caught out.
