Last night I came to a stop. I try to put in 1st gear. Nothing.
It will not go in gear. With engine off I can put in gear.
No leaks anywhere.
Is it clutch master or slave cylinder the issue?
How to find out?
Thanks in advance

Do you mean the gear lever won't move into position with the engine running but it does with the engine off? If yes then that is a clutch problem obviously but not hydraulic otherwise you would be experienced pedal issues.

Yes with engine off it's fine but engine running the shifter won't go in
Any gear. I'm thinking it's throw out bearing/ slave cylinder.
It is 1 unit.. if it was actual clutch disc I would be able to put in gear but not engage

If it was hydraulics the pedal would hit the floor and stay there, does the pedal resistance and return pressure feel normal?

Yes the clutch pedal returns to normal position.
