Amazon music - just can’t get it 5o work

Could someone give me some guidance on Amazon music as I just can’t get it to work.

I have a an amazon account and have entered the details.
I have the Audi app and entered the details

But it will not connect.

could really do with an idiots guild because I have tried everything obvious,

Can be a bit finickity to get going. First up check that you have good connections and all the other online stuff is working - travel info in maps, weather etc. But check to see what WiFi link you have to the car - I found only one allowed the Amazon Music and I had to make it forget the other to force the issue. In your Connections tab in the MMI check you have everything paired as you should.

If that’s all good then it’s down to software settings. In the MyAudi app go into the vehicle setting and select Amazon if it is off.

Another thing you can try is see if you can get on working in CarPlay etc.

Once you get it working it’s all good.

After 12 months of owning the car finally got Amazon music to work, needed to sign in to Alexa ( voice command) to get it to work but all good now
