why have the dealers become so anally retentive that they wont tell you , where serviced or mileage at, or any other work, only info will give is service month and year.

further to that, looking at audi printouts of s/h, i am coming to the conclusion that main dealers are when the car comes in for an inspection service they are resetting the oil change countdown so the car misses a flexible oil change, so they save money by not doing it. tell me im incorrect.

its as clear as day, one i looked at went inspection and then 33k later oil svs, another car, inspection then 23k later oil svs.
