where do i start lol
Audi a4 2010 2.0 tfsi cdnc engine code
car had a slight misfire scanned the car cam sensor so i thought i would change the cam sensor as well as the crank sensor and spark plugs that's where my problems started on trying to start the engine it sounds like a diesel runs for a few seconds then cuts out changed that which i did know the car wont start so checked the following
checked voltage to crank sensor and cam sensor and coil packs
checked chain visually it looks good there's a bit of movement till you crank the engine then it tightens up
which i understand is correct checked the timing with vcds photo added
the car has a spark on all 4 coil packs I've changed them between cylinders and all firing
I've pulled the plugs cranked the engine you can see the injectors firing fuel into the cylinders
done a compression test 195 psi on all 4 cylinders
pulled the plugs out plus bank one o2 sensor and there carboned up straight away there are no fault codes mechanic cant look at the car while next week as anyone any idea where i can look next
I've disconnected the fuel line to the fuel rail there's fuel there I've took the plugs out and cranked it you can see them firing away if i start the engine with the plugs in it sounds like its running on two cylinders then cuts out if a disconnect the coil packs it spins over like it should do I've changed the crank sensor for another replacement to see if it helps it didn't

I assume no fault codes? Running the coil packs without a very good ground on the plugs can damage them so they will not ionise a spark under compression but they will at atmospheric pressure which can be quite deceiving. Off course the worry is cam timing so you should check this.

I can't hear the video, ever since Windows updated my sound card doesn't work. If you have run the coil packs out of the head it is likely they have suffered so I would fit four new Bosch coils to start with and see what happens.

Ive ordered 4 bosch coil packs justing waiting for them to arrive and then will try that to be fair anything I do will save me in the long run if I need to put with a audi specialist they would only do the same and charge for the time will keep you posted crasher

If you have ordered them with Aut0d0c I hope you don’t mind waiting.
