info call not available due to privacy settings

Hi all, strange one here, on the list where you can see access of items , i have no info call available. It says because privacy settings although the privacy settings are fully open, Never noticed it before as do not really look at the list of items . Also twice yesterday had emergency call activated flash up twice on dashboard , glad it never made a call :)

I suspect you heard a click/pop from the centre speaker before the emergency call message. Had the issue on 2 cars over a year now. VW have no fix.

went to the dealer today, They spoke to vw, i am not the only one with the issue , They took photos of my screen display regarding info call not available and passing it on, Who knows when will het a fix, will keep you posted
