Rear brakes replacement - Audi Q7 4M

I'm going to replace rotors and pads for my rear brakes. However I can not connect to module 53 Parking brake for opening the brake calipers. From the manual this is the procedure for Audi A6, but I can't see a manual for 2016- Q7 4M. However I find the same "start lining change mode" under module 3 ABS brakes. Is this the way to open the rear brake calipers in order to change pads? I have attached my screen print below.

It isn't done in address 53, it is in address 03 ABS as per your picture.
