03395 Control module for High Bean Assistant

I have a Q5 3.0Tdi 2014. A dash warning has appeared stating "Main Bean Assist System Fault". I have scanned the car with VCDS and a fault code "03395 Control module for High Bean assistant"

Has anyone experienced this problem and how best to fix it.

Hi Crasher. It doesn't say that so I have copied the info from VCDS below. Interestingly, the High Beam Assist module does not show a fault code, so maybe a wiring fault to the module. I cant even find out where the module is or any wiring diagrams. I know the headlight module is behind the glove box but without wiring diagrams...?

The high beam assist itself says no problems even though in the scan it report a comms error (I see this a lot on VCDS), the error appears to be it communicating with the CAN BUS unit and the central electrics. The infotainment is report it needs a Software Version Management check so it needs to go on ODIS which with Guided Fault Finding will probably help with the CAN error as well as SVM, what is the ABS fault?

The ABS fault has been there for a long time and seems to be a normal quirk when Drive Select is added by VCDS and not part of the new vehicle spec. Why I added Drive Select I don't know. These days, I just get in and drive it.

I'll book it into Nottingham when I am next visiting my daughter. I assume C&R can look into this.

No problem, I would start by using VCDS to read all the controllers, save and clear; then use ODIS as it can get preoccupied with other faults and is SO slow and clunky to use one can lose the will to live...
