Hi, got the PDC warning light on reversing [front PDCs fine]. Have replaced all 4 sensors, but still have the warning light on the dash. Do I need to get the 'fault code cleared' before it will work properly, or might it be a wiring issue [or fuse??]
Thanks. Alec

Check the cable harness if it is hanging on back of the right rear wheel, under the bumper/wheel arch. Mine was detached from clips and worn whrn exposed to gravel sent from the wheel. Cable harness can be disconnected from connector (right cheek), and fixed/replace wires if worn. You may need midwife hands or raise the car to avoid any painful acrobatics.

Thanks. Cable looked fine, no obvious tear/ wear or other damage!
PDC loom disappears inside body with large rubber washer, so didn't investigate further for connector. Is that accessed through side panel in boot
Cheers

Yes, you can access it from inside boot. I dont recall any other connectors outside which could fail, only the wiring if it has been exposed to gravel shower. It might need resetting faults.

You can try with with your finger nail if the individual sensor is working, or maybe try listening with mobile phone audio recorder, I don't know if that works..
