Hi all, i have my b6 around 7 months now i have put 6k miles on it,

Its always had a few quirks but im starting to get annoyed with two in particular.

When sitting at traffic lights or idling for a while the car develops a slight miss not enough to make the rpm needle jump up and down but enough to feel it in the cabin somewhat similar to a diesel when the dual mass flywheel is starting to go. Also when coming to a stop the revs drop and the car snorts?

Second thing i had a bad missfire on cylinder 1 had to drive 2 miles with it sadly and swapped out the plugs and leads which seemed to help but suspect the coil pack isn't fantastic but it cured the bad misfire for the most part.

The other day i noticed that the car took longer to start than normal normally first turn of the key and away it goes, this time it took around 6 seconds of cranking to start and also had no power driveability above 1/4 throttle i had to drive a few miles and I turned off the car at traffic lights and on again then the car was back to normal power etc.

There's nothing fault code wise on my vag com.

It has new fuel filter, plugs, leads, timing belt and waterpump and i cleaned the throttle body.

What should i look at to resolve this? Coil pack? The car has 170,000 miles

Did you clear the learned values in adaptation and realign the throttle body in basic settings 060? I would fit a new coil pack of a decent brand such as Bosch (avoid white box rubbish).
